BIO

Luciano Vasconcelos was born in Maceió, Alagoas, Brazil on June 7, 1975. In 1992, he began to learn the first chords on acoustic guitar with his father "Baiá" and his friend Laurinho.
When he turned 19, he began his passion for electric bass.
New friendships have emerged, new paths that have led him to meet the excellent bass players of his city ... Zé Pantaleão, Guga, Felix Baigon, Gancho, Zé Roberto and Fernando Nunes.
These 06 bass players were super important and helped him understand the beautiful bass function in a song.
At the age of 20, Luciano Vasconcelos left his city in search of his dream "Live music".

Awards

Between 2002 and 2005, Luciano Vasconcelos was the winner of the Alarga Tua Vida Award in the World Music category promoted by the telecommunications company Alcatel.

In 2004, Luciano Vasconcelos was nominated for Best Musical Director category at the renowned Brazilian music festival, the Dorival Caymmi.
